Is it real suede?
No, it is faux suede: a soft polyester microfibre with a brushed, velvety feel. It is lighter than leather and no animal is involved.
Can I have my name printed on it?
Not on this one. If you would like lettering, take the personalised croco card holder: your name or initials in gold or silver foil.
How long does delivery take?
It is sent straight from the workshop, usually within a few days, and arrives by international post in about 2–3 weeks. You will find the tracking number in your account.
Can I return it?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can withdraw without giving a reason: email us, then send it back to the address in our imprint. We refund the full price. Details are in the Terms.
